Simple Project Management

I’ve been working on projects for several years. In my early efforts, I relied on “how it’s been done before” and a whole lot of work to get things done. As I moved into other roles, I learned the finer arts of planning and tracking, and back in 2014 I was introduced to the idea of formal project management. Everything clicked, and as time went on I started using the principles set forth by the Project Management Institute. I put more time in studying how to manage projects, and I can definitely say there is great value in knowing how to plan and putting a plan into effect every time you get the chance.

For many people put in the position of managing or leading projects, there may not be much in the way of support for project management. That’s what these videos are for. Whether you’re an administrative professional, a team lead, an office manager or anyone who needs to know how to manage projects simply, easily and keep the stress away, check out this video project and the handouts for some assistance. And let me know what you think.
